Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Property Supervisor to manage day-to-day property and warehouse operations, coordinate with vendors and clients, supervise staff, and ensure proper maintenance of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise warehouse/property operations, security & housekeeping staff
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, civil, electrical, plumbing & other works
Manage client move-in & move-out activities




Oversee property maintenance, inspections & safety compliance
Maintain company assets, inventory & records
Handle emergencies and administrative tasks as required

Skills Required:
Solid communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi/Marathi preferred)
Property / facility management experience
Vendor & client coordination
Valuable administrative & multitasking skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Working Days & Timings:
Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
