Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible System & IT Administrator to manage the organization's IT infrastructure, network systems, security, CCTV systems, and data backup operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, reliability, and smooth functioning of IT systems and infrastructure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Network Infrastructure Management
Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and network infrastructure.
Configure and monitor routers, switches, access points, and other network devices.
Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance-related issues.
Monitor network availability and ensure uninterrupted IT operations.
Maintain proper documentation of network infrastructure and configurations.
System Administration
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops,



laptops, servers, and other IT systems.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.
Monitor system performance and resolve hardware/software-related issues.
Ensure operating systems and applications are updated and properly maintained.
CCTV & Surveillance Systems
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
Monitor CCTV recording systems, cameras, NVR/DVR, and related equipment.
Coordinate with vendors for installation, maintenance, and technical support when required.
Ensure CCTV systems are operational and recordings are properly maintained.
IT Security
Implement and maintain appropriate system and network security measures.
Monitor systems for potential security threats and unauthorized access.
Manage antivirus/endpoint security and ensure security updates and patches are applied.
