Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries in Zoho Books
Handle invoicing, billing, and payment reconciliation
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare GST returns and ensure statutory compliance
Reconcile bank statements and maintain ledgers
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Track expenses and support budget monitoring
Coordinate with vendors, clients,
and the founder/management team on financial matters
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting
Working knowledge of Zoho Books
Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance in India
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive communication skills
