What You'll Be Doing
Handle inbound chat inquiries from US customers interested in internet packages, cell phones, and related accessories
Manage multiple live chats at once without dropping the ball on quality or speed
Understand customer needs and recommend the right products or plans
Use your negotiation and convincing skills to turn inquiries into confirmed sales
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize order value
Build rapport quickly through text — tone, clarity, and persuasion all matter
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and chat handling KPIs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the system
What We're Looking For
Excellent written communication skills — transparent, quick, and engaging
Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to convince and close
Confidence in negotiation and objection handling
Natural upselling instinct — you know how to add value to every conversation
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
Prior experience in chat process, sales, or telecom (preferred but not mandator
