Job Title: Sales ExecutiveJob Summary

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with existing and prospective customers regarding product requirements, quotations, pricing, and order confirmations.
Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up until successful delivery.
Support order processing, invoicing, billing coordination, and dispatch documentation.
Maintain accurate customer databases, sales reports, order records, and follow-up trackers.
Build and maintain long-term qualified relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
Generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, online platforms, referrals, and lead-generation activities.
Follow up on pending quotations, enquiries, payments, and repeat orders.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly while providing effective after-sales support.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounts, Dispatch, Purchase, and Operations to ensure smooth order execution.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute towards overall business growth.
Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly sales activity reports for management review.
Maintain professional communication with customers at all times and represent the company positively.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure all customer information and business data are maintained with complete confidentiality.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer enquiries simultaneously.
