MIS Analyst - US Night Shift

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, validate, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources.
Create and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers.
Analyze data and identify trends, discrepancies, and performance gaps.
Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
Handle large datasets and perform data reconciliation.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify required information.
Provide data-driven insights to management and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting processes.
Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.




Solid knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, charts, and data analysis.
Positive understanding of data management, reporting, and analysis.
Experience working with large datasets and preparing management reports.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.:
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work in the US night shift (7:30 PM - 3:30 AM).

What We Offer
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
5-day working week.:
Saturday & Sunday fixed weekly offs.:
