Develop cost estimates and build competitive pricing aligned with business strategies and guidelines
Prepare technical bids, including clarifications and deviations, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Participate in technical discussions and clarification meetings with customers to ensure alignment with requirements
Coordinate and manage requests for quotations with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support complete proposals
Provide technical support and clarification to sales teams and internal partners
Translate customer requirements into detailed technical and commercial documentation, including bills of materials
Support order processing by preparing inspection plans, documentation, and system entries for manufacturing
Participate in post-order and project discussions to ensure consistency with agreed terms
Act as a point of contact for technical queries during contract review phases
Collaborate with project management and procurement teams to resolve changes or cost discrepancies
