Key Responsibilities
Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, requirements, and regular communication.
Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and effectively communicate them to the internal team.
Convince, guide, and assist clients with suitable solutions and services.
Conduct client follow-ups and ensure timely responses to queries.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of client communication, follow-ups, and requirements.
Use social media platforms for professional client communication and engagement.
Stay updated with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital communication channels.
Quickly understand new projects, services, products, and business processes.
Handle clients with a positive, confident, and professional approach.
Support the team in achieving client satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements:




Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in client communication, customer relationship management, business development, sales coordination, or a similar role.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
Confident personality with a qualified attitude.
Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to understand requirements and communicate them clearly.
Quick learner with the ability to understand current projects and processes.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Valuable problem-solving and follow-up skills.
