Mainframe to Cloud Migration Developer (Job Level 10)

Key Responsibilities
Perform data migration, EBCDIC-to-ASCII conversion, and validation activities.
Develop, test, debug, and deploy migration-related code changes.
Participate in SIT, UAT, parallel runs, and production cutover activities.
Collaborate with architects, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure successful migration delivery.
Prepare technical documentation and support post-production stabilization.

Required Skills:
Robust expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and CICS.
Hands-on experience with Micro Focus Enterprise Server/Enterprise Developer.
Proven experience in Mainframe-to-Cloud migration projects.
Knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
Experience with migration testing, code remediation, and deployment activities.
Robust troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

Preferred Skills
Insurance Experience
Knowledge of MQ, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and scheduling tools.
