Job Description: Interior Designer

Department: Design / Projects
Reporting To: Design Manager / Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and responsible Interior Designer to plan, design, and support execution of residential and commercial interior projects. The role involves client coordination, design development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver projects as per company standards.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign & Planning
Understand client requirements, lifestyle needs, budgets, and functional expectations.
Develop design concepts including space planning, layouts, mood boards, and material selections.
Prepare detailed drawings such as layouts, working drawings, and 3D visualizations for approvals.

Client Coordination
Present design concepts and proposals to clients and incorporate feedback.
Ensure timely revisions and approvals in line with project timelines.
Maintain qualified communication with clients throughout the design phase.

Coordination & Execution Support
Coordinate with sales,



estimation, and project execution teams for accurate design handover.
Assist in preparation of BOQs, material specifications, and design-related documentation.
Conduct site visits to provide design clarifications and ensure execution as per approved drawings.

Quality, Documentation & Compliance
Ensure designs comply with company standards, budgets, and technical feasibility.
Maintain proper documentation, drawing version control, and approval records.
Follow company policies, reporting structures, and confidentiality requirements.

Reporting & Skilled Conduct
Submit regular work updates and reports to the reporting manager.
Meet assigned deadlines and maintain quality standards.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management in the interest of business operations.
