Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Liaison: Greet customers, listen to concerns, and translate them into detailed repair orders (RO).
Estimating & Documentation: Prepare repair estimates, handle insurance claim documentation, and take vehicle inventory.
Workflow Management: Pass repair orders to technicians, track progress, and communicate any schedule changes to the customer.
Technical Knowledge: Assess damage and recommend appropriate paint and body repair solutions.
Quality Control: Inspect finished vehicles to ensure repairs meet standards and ensure vehicles are washed/cleaned before delivery.
Invoicing: Explain completed repairs and invoices, and help with payment processing.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
