Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the day-to-day digital dental production workflow during the evening shift.
Plan and monitor production schedules based on case priorities and turnaround times.
Supervise CAD/CAM production processes for dental restorations and appliances.
Operate, monitor, and coordinate production using dental milling machines, 3D printers, sintering/firing equipment, and other laboratory machinery.
Monitor machine utilization, production capacity, and downtime.
Identify and troubleshoot basic machine, software, and production-related issues.
Coordinate with CAD designers, milling/printing technicians, finishing technicians, and quality-control teams.
Ensure restorations and appliances meet the required fit, accuracy, marginal integrity, occlusion, surface finish, and laboratory quality standards.
Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling of zirconia, PMMA, wax, resins, metals, and other dental materials.
Monitor rework, remakes, production errors,



and material wastage and take corrective action.
Ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a dental laboratory production setting is highly preferred.
Valuable computer knowledge and ability to work with machine-control software.
Understanding of digital dental workflows, including STL files, scanning, CAD design, CAM nesting, milling/printing, sintering, finishing, and QC.
Ability to understand and troubleshoot basic machine and software issues.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the evening-shift production operation.

Shift: Evening Shift
Location: Prahlad nagar, Ahmedabad

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
