Are you passionate about e-commerce and digital advertising? We are looking for a motivated Advertisement Manager - Agent Level to support sellers on Flipkart by helping them create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns that drive visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for sellers regarding advertisement queries and campaign management.
Guide and educate sellers on Flipkart Ads platform, features, and best practices.
Assist sellers in creating, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Troubleshoot issues related to campaign setup, billing, and ad delivery.
Maintain records of campaign activities and seller interactions.
Achieve KPIs related to seller satisfaction, campaign success, and ad revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex seller issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
0.6 - 2 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Advertising, or Seller Support.
Basic understanding of online advertising platforms (Flipkart Ads preferred).
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
