Salary
₹8,000 - ₹10,000 per month
(Based on experience and interview performance)
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate business leads.
Handle inbound enquiries regarding the company's security services.
Explain Lethal Weapon K9 Security's services, including security guards, K9 security, and facility management solutions.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales/business development team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update lead details.
Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Eligibility
Previous experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, Sales Executive,
or in a similar role is preferred. Freshers can also apply.
Excellent communication skills in Bengali and Hindi. Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
Positive interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Ability to work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
