Job Responsibilities - Kobelco Service Engineer
Carry out installation, preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and troubleshooting of Kobelco excavators at customer sites.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults, and ensure timely resolution to minimize machine downtime.
Coordinate with the spare parts team for parts requirement, warranty claims, and service documentation.
Maintain service reports, machine inspection records, and submit daily service updates through the company's reporting system.
Build solid customer relationships by providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying service and AMC opportunities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
