Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Outpatient Department (OPD).
Ensure efficient patient registration, consultation scheduling, and appointment management.
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, diagnostics, pharmacy, and other departments for seamless patient care.
Monitor patient flow and reduce waiting times to enhance patient satisfaction.
Supervise and guide the OPD team to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Handle patient concerns and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and quality protocols.
Prepare departmental reports and monitor operational performance.
Maintain accurate documentation and departmental records.
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an OPD Head in a hospital.




Experience in a multi-speciality or cardiac care hospital will be preferred.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
