A. SPM Diving Operations
Coordinate diving activities associated with SPM operation and maintenance.
Plan and coordinate diving manpower for scheduled and emergency SPM activities.
Coordinate with the client/port marine department for diving requirements and work schedules.
Ensure appropriate diving personnel are available for planned operations.
Monitor operational readiness of diving teams, equipment and documentation.
Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation of diving personnel.

B. Manpower Management
Maintain an updated manpower roster for divers, supervisors and other offshore personnel.
Plan crew deployment, rotation, leave and replacement requirements.
Monitor employee attendance and offshore deployment.
Ensure personnel hold valid competency certificates, medical fitness certificates and other required documents.
Maintain records of training, certification, competency and medical validity.
Arrange timely replacement of personnel whose certificates or medicals are expiring.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
