Job Title: ArchitectJob Overview

Key Responsibilities
Concept & Design: Develop detailed blueprints, drawings, and 3D models for current construction, renovations, or expansions using CAD and BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
Client Collaboration: Meet with clients to determine project goals, budget constraints, design preferences, and spatial requirements.
Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
Technical Specifications: Prepare detailed construction documents, material specifications, and cost estimates.
Site Supervision: Visit construction sites to monitor progress, address design challenges, and ensure compliance with architectural plans.

Required Qualifications & Skills




Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Active Architect license/registration (e.g., NCARB, COA, or relevant state/national board).
Experience: 3+ years of experience in architectural design and project management (specify sector if needed, e.g., residential, commercial).
Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp,Lumion/Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite.
Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of construction materials, building codes, and structural engineering principles.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹41,944.91 per month
