About the Role

The Production Manager - Conferences is responsible for managing end-to-end conference production workflows, ensuring seamless coordination between Product, Operations, and Suppliers. The role focuses on data quality, operational efficiency, stakeholder communication, and delivering high-quality conference content aligned with business and product requirements.

Responsibilities:
Develop a robust understanding of the product roadmap and business requirementsto align conference production activities




Manage workflow coordination and communicationbetween Product, Operations, and Suppliers, including hosting weekly and ad hoc meetings
Research, analyze, and resolve issues reported by customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Monitor data quality, conduct regular health checks, and ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
Track and report key operational metricsthrough dashboards and trackers
Manage and monitor budgets and supplier invoices, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance
Ensure smooth execution of conference content ingestion, processing, and delivery workflows
Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and data quality standards
Ability to write explicit and structured AI prompts to improve output quality and efficiency
Leverage AI tools for routine operational tasks and productivity improvements
