About the Team
The Content Operations team is responsible for driving best-in-class product content experiences and growth across digital channels by ensuring accurate, complete, and optimized product data, attribution, and digital assets. The team partners closely with Category, Merchandising, Tech, Vendors,



and Cross-functional stakeholders to improve customer experience, conversion, and operational excellence.

Job Summary
The Content Execution Manager is responsible for leading a team of 12+ associates focused on item enrichment, PDP digital content, product attribution, digital assets, and strategic content initiatives that directly impact online sales performance. This role owns Lowes item enrichment while driving high-impact growth programs that improve Revenue Per Visit (RPV), Add to Cart (ATC), Average Order Value (AOV), and Conversion Rate (CVR).
