Glenz International Academy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced, responsible, and result-oriented HR Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the overall HR and recruitment operations of the organization
Handle end-to-end healthcare recruitment for GCC countries:
Lead, guide, and manage the HR and recruitment team:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to achieve hiring targets
Source, screen, interview, and select qualified healthcare professionals
Oversee Dataflow and related documentation processes:
Monitor employee performance, attendance, discipline, and HR-related matters
Maintain proper employee and recruitment records
Handle team performance, targets, reporting, and daily HR activities
Support management in HR planning, policies, and employee-related decisions

Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Manager / HR Team Leader / Senior Recruiter:




Experience in overseas healthcare recruitment, preferably GCC recruitment
Strong knowledge of GCC healthcare hiring procedures and recruitment processes:
Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Solid team management and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and handle pressure professionally
Target-oriented with solid problem-solving and organizational skills
Knowledge of Dataflow and healthcare licensing processes will be an added advantage
