Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Handle petty cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
Supervise and maintain inventory records within the Tally ERP system.
Ensure compliance with manufacturing sector-specific financial regulations.
Manage accounting processes related to import and export transactions.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
Required Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Senior Accounts Officer or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in Tally ERP software and other accounting tools.
Solid knowledge of inventory management, petty cash handling, and BRS.
Familiarity with import and export financial processes.
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Salary will be processed based on the previous CTC.
