Test raw materials such as PVC resin, stabilizers, plasticizers, lubricants, and pigments for purity, particle size, and moisture content before they enter production.
Audit suppliers and maintain Certificates of Analysis (COAs) to ensure incoming materials consistently meet quality and formulation standards.
Verify that machinery and production equipment are clean and free from previous batch residues to prevent cross-contamination.
Monitor quality parameters throughout the manufacturing process and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain QA documentation, inspection reports, and records in accordance with company procedures.
Coordinate with Production and Quality Control teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
