Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and civil projects:
Coordinate with client, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
Prepare and track project schedules, micro-plans, and progress reports
Review and monitor drawings, shop drawings, BOQ, and material approvals
Ensure site execution as per quality, safety, and timeline requirements
Handle MEP coordination (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire systems) with interiors
Manage billing certification, variations, and documentation
Conduct site inspections, snag closure, and final handover planning
Ensure timely completion and smooth project handover
Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)
Minimum 4+ years total work experience
PMC (Project Management Consultancy) experience is mandatory:
Hands-on experience in corporate/commercial interior fit-out projects:
Robust exposure to civil works execution (renovation/repair/finishes)
Ability to handle site independently and manage stakeholders
Willing to work in office in Pune
