Job Description: Renewal Specialist - Microsoft & Adobe
Responsibilities:
Manage renewals for Microsoft, Adobe, cybersecurity, and other software subscriptions.
Achieve 90%+ renewal rates.
Identify upsell and license upgrade prospects.
Ensure a smooth and timely renewal process.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in software subscription renewals.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft and Adobe licensing.
Solid communication, customer management, and upselling skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
