As a Senior Process Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless business operations, maintaining service quality, and supporting process optimization initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior associates, and contribute to achieving organizational goals through operational excellence and customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Execute and manage daily business processes while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards.
Monitor process performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend process optimization initiatives.
Review workflows to ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Analyze operational data, prepare reports,



and present performance metrics to management.
Resolve complex process-related issues and escalate critical concerns when necessary.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve business operations.
Support process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge management initiatives.
Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Train, mentor, and support junior Process Associates to promote operational excellence.
Participate in process transition, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies where applicable.
