What you’ll own
Supports secure access and network security platforms, including Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Proxy, SASE, Secure Access, IPS/IDS, and related firewall security capabilities.
Administers and maintains security technologies such as Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, Palo Alto Networks Panorama, NGFW, Prisma Access, Threat Prevention, and similar enterprise security platforms.
Researches and analyzes attempted efforts to compromise security controls and recommends corrective actions, tuning prospects, and long-term solutions.
Participates in incident mitigation activities and supports response efforts for high-severity issues affecting secure access and network security services.
Maintains and supports firewall-adjacent controls, IPS/IDS capabilities, and applicable encryption and inspection technologies.
Creates and maintains information security documentation,



including standards, procedures, runbooks, configuration guidance, and operational support materials.
Completes security-related requests and changes in accordance with company requirements, change management processes, and operational procedures.
Performs validation, testing, rollout planning, rollback preparation, and post-change review for security platform changes.
Responds to information security-related questions and inquiries using established tools, processes, and procedures.
Resolves and/or performs follow-through to resolve information security issues, access problems, control failures, and user-impacting security events.
Implements and administers information security controls using enterprise software platforms and vendor security systems.
Monitors and improves logging, telemetry, and visibility across secure access and network security platforms.
