Telecaller-EMI Recovery Executive

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding sales and EMI payment follow-ups.
Communicate with customers in Tamil and explain payment-related information clearly.
Follow up with customers for pending EMI payments and repayment commitments.
Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer calls and follow-ups.
Update customer information and payment status in the system.
Build a good relationship with customers through effective communication.
Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned team when required.
Qualification: Any Degree
Good communication skills in Tamil are mandatory.
Basic English communication skills will be an added advantage.
Target-oriented and self-motivated individuals are preferred.




Basic computer knowledge is required.
