Location: Wazirpur Industrial Area

Key Responsibilities
Process orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and website.
Confirm and manage website orders.
Maintain inventory and stock reconciliation.
Handle customer returns and replacements.
Process marketplace claims and coordinate with support teams.
Coordinate with warehouse for dispatch and stock updates.
Monitor order status, cancellations, and pending shipments.
Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas, Filters)
Familiarity with Shiprocket or similar shipping/dispatch software
Knowledge of inventory management and order processing systems

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
