Key Responsibilities1. Customer Requirement Analysis
Interact with clients to understand business and technical requirements.
Identify customer pain points and propose suitable IT solutions.
Gather detailed technical specifications from stakeholders.
Solution Design & Architecture
Design end-to-end IT solutions based on customer needs.
Recommend appropriate technologies (cloud, networking, security, software, etc.).
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
Product Demonstrations
Conduct live product demos and technical presentations.
Explain product features and perks to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Customize demo environments for client-specific use cases.
Pre-Sales Activities
Support sales team in all stages of the sales cycle.
Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, and quotations.
Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposal), RFIs, and RFQs.
Proof of Concept (PoC)
Design and execute PoCs to validate solutions for customers.
Troubleshoot and modify configurations during PoC phase.




Ensure successful demonstration of product capabilities.
Customer Engagement
Act as the primary technical point of contact during pre-sales phase.
Build solid relationships with clients, IT teams, and decision-makers.
Address technical queries and objections effectively.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and support teams.
Provide customer feedback to improve product features.
Assist in smooth handover from sales to implementation teams.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and technologies.
Suggest improvements in product positioning and strategy.
