Position: Field Supervisor

Job Summary

The Field Supervisor is responsible for supervising field operations across multiple project sites, ensuring smooth execution of work, maintaining quality standards, monitoring staff performance, and coordinating with site teams. The role includes regular site visits, conducting staff meetings, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Visit and supervise all assigned project sites on a regular basis, including:
Lulu Mall
Ekana Stadium
Crowne Plaza Hotel
Aviyaan Hotel
Marketing sites
Monitor daily site operations and ensure work is completed according to company standards.
Supervise field staff, assign duties, and monitor attendance and performance.
Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss work progress, performance, safety, and operational updates.
Ensure discipline, safety, and compliance with company policies at all sites.
Identify operational issues and coordinate with management for timely resolution.




Prepare daily and weekly site visit reports and submit them to management.
Coordinate with clients and site representatives to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Ensure all manpower, equipment, and materials are properly managed at each site.

Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks effectively.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation.

Qualifications:
12th pass.
Experience in field supervision, facility management, housekeeping, security, or related operations is an advantage.
Willingness to travel frequently between assigned project sites.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
