About the Role: We're looking for a Team Leader to manage a team and act as the key point of contact for our international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team, driving performance and accountability
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve escalations
Report updates to management and ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
Master's degree (Maritime/Shipping background a plus)
Up to 6 years' experience, incl. team-handling experience
Excellent English communication skills
Experience with international/client-facing roles
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
