Key Responsibilities:
Installation and configuration of Operating Systems (Windows 7, 10, and 11).
Troubleshooting and maintenance of desktop and laptop hardware.
Configuration and maintenance of Printers, Scanners, and other peripheral devices.
Managing and monitoring LAN/WAN infrastructure and ensuring network connectivity across all systems.
Configuration and troubleshooting of Wi-Fi networks and access points.
Assigning and managing IP addresses and ensuring proper network communication.
Performing remote installations and support using remote access tools.
Providing support for video conferencing solutions and ensuring seamless virtual communication.
Managing and maintaining the IT asset inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
Performing regular system updates, backups, and patch management.
Monitoring system performance, resource utilization, and proactively identifying potential issues.
Ensuring data security, user access control, and compliance with IT policies.




Coordinating with vendors and the procurement team for system upgrades, repairs, and replacements.
Documenting IT processes, configurations, and support activities for internal reference.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a System Administrator, IT Support Engineer, or similar role.
Robust knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and hardware troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook support.
Familiarity with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and IP configuration.
Knowledge of IT asset management tools and inventory tracking.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced setting.

Experience with domain management and Active Dir
