We are looking for a CRM Intern to assist in managing customer data, maintaining the CRM system, and ensuring timely follow-ups with members. The role involves regular calling to update records, collect information, remind members about renewals, and maintain robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM.
Call existing members for follow-ups, renewals, feedback, and documentation.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams.
Track pending actions and ensure timely closures.
Prepare daily CRM and follow-up reports.
Assist in customer retention and engagement activities.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and data confidentiality.

Requirements:
Graduate or pursuing graduation.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Detail-oriented with valuable organizational skills.
Comfortable making customer calls.
