Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance (QA):
Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, SOPs, and control plans for EV manufacturing.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (AIS, ISO, etc.).
Conduct process audits and ensure adherence to quality systems.
Monitor supplier quality and incoming material standards.
Quality Control (QC):
Perform inspection and testing of incoming materials (battery packs, motors, controllers, wiring harness, chassis).
Conduct in-process and final inspection of EV bikes.
Ensure proper documentation of inspection reports and test results.
Identify defects and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Testing & Validation:
Oversee functional testing of EV components (Battery Management System, motor performance, charging system).
Conduct road tests and performance validation of finished vehicles.
Monitor safety parameters, especially battery safety and electrical systems.
Supplier Quality Management:
Evaluate and audit vendors for quality compliance.




Coordinate with suppliers for quality improvement and issue resolution.
Maintain vendor quality scorecards.
Process Improvement:
Analyse defects and implement root cause analysis (RCA) using tools like 5 Why, Fishbone.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing).
Reduce rejection rates and improve first-pass yield.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and audit documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
Track KPIs like rejection rate, rework rate, and customer complaints.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Robust knowledge of EV systems (Battery, Motor, Controller, BMS)
Understanding of quality tools (7 QC Tools, FMEA, SPC)
Familiarity with ISO 9001 / IATF standards
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Positive communication and coordination skills
