As an ITI Fitter, your primary responsibility will be the maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial laundry and dry-cleaning equipment to ensure secure and effective operation. You will work mainly on laundry machines, dry-cleaning machines, steam presses, air compressors, and other machinery commonly used in commercial and industrial laundry facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on laundry and dry-cleaning equipment.
Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical faults in washing machines, dryers, presses, air compressors, and related machinery.
Install, assemble, and replace machine components as required.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Maintain maintenance records and report equipment issues to supervisors.
Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to support the smooth operation of the laundry facility.
