Our firm is looking for practicing advocates with a minimum job experience of 2 to 3 years essential.
Essential Requirements:
Adept at handling filing process across various high courts across India and lowers courts in Delhi
Familiarity with AI
Good with constitutional law, writs and procedural laws
Valuable grasp of CPC, BNSS, and BSA
Valuable grasp on drafting and pleading
Familiar with complaint filing under BNSS
Familiar with Interrogatories under order 11 of CPC
Has overall experience with making appearances in High and District Courts
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
