Oversee all daily outlet operations, ensuring productive workflows and adherence to company policies and procedures
Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of staff members, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture

Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and optimize product placement to maximize sales
