We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented General Manager - Operations

to lead and oversee our end-to-end operational functions, including Purchase,

Supply Chain Management, Business Development, and Overall Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management
Lead and manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity,

and quality standards.
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company

objectives.
Monitor operational performance metrics and drive continuous improvement

initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and safety

standards.
Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth execution of business

activities.





Purchase & Procurement
Oversee procurement planning, vendor management, and purchasing

activities.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and service providers.
Ensure timely procurement of materials while optimizing costs and quality.
Develop reliable vendor networks and maintain solid supplier relationships.
Monitor inventory levels and reduce procurement-related risks.

Supply Chain Management
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including logistics, warehousing,

and distribution.
Improve supply chain efficiency, lead times, and cost optimization.
Implement systems and processes for demand planning and inventory

control.
Ensure timely delivery and availability of products/materials.
Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks proactively.

Business Development
Identify new business prospects, markets, and strategic partnerships.
