Partner with other Area Managers to balance labor ensuring that you are operating a balanced and productive shift while meeting all of your goals.
Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work workplace for all associates.
Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools

Work with Ops manager to identify improvement projects for the sites and drive projects for the site.
Responsible for continual improvement, Process excellence and Standardization at site
Direct management experience for employees and their performance
Experience with performance metrics and process improvement (how, when, who)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Experience with Excel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ years of customer-facing workplace, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
