About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Guide students on study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, admission procedures, and visa processes.
Assess student profiles and provide personalized counselling based on academic background and career aspirations.
Stay updated with international universities, admission timelines, scholarships, and visa requirements.
Achieve enrolment and conversion targets.
Manage and follow up with student leads effectively using CRM software.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and university partners.
Support and mentor junior counsellors when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in study abroad counselling (mandatory).:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).
Strong knowledge of popular destinations: UK, Canada, Australia, USA, and Europe.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
