Job Overview

We are hiring a Telecaller / Travel Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling incoming leads from Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), WhatsApp inquiries, and website forms. The role requires solid communication skills, sales ability, and consistent follow-up to convert interested travelers into paying customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Handling & Conversion
Handle daily inbound leads from Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, WhatsApp, and website inquiries.




Call customers within the defined response time and understand their travel requirements.
Qualify leads based on:
Travel dates
Destination preference
Budget
Number of travelers
Trip expectations
Recommend suitable Himalayan trips, treks, and packages.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.

Sales & Follow-ups
Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, and messages.
Handle customer objections related to price, dates, safety, and competition.
Create urgency using limited seats, departure dates, and special offers.
Maintain a healthy lead-to-booking conversion ratio.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Customer Relationship Management
Maintain proper lead records and update customer status in CRM/Google Sheets.
Tag leads according to sales stages (Hot/Warm/Cold).
Keep customers engaged until final payment and departure.
