Responsibilities:
Customer satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, handle customer complaints promptly, Load growth and ensure the department maintains high customer retention.
Load & Revenue: As per requirement
Operational efficiency: Take care PMS, BSC Parameter ,their appointment or conversion, load, NPS, Complain, other
Note:
Automobile & Dealership experience must
Job Types: Full time, Walk-In
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
