Company Overview: Cybeart is a global consumer technology brand and a premium manufacturer of gaming chairs and gaming peripherals, including keyboards, gaming mice, and mousepads. We are an official licensing partner of Warner Bros. and create products inspired by some of the world’s most recognized entertainment franchises.

Responsibilities:
Understand customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Provide product-related assistance, including basic troubleshooting and assembly guidance.
Assist website visitors with product selection and order placement.
Explain product features and recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
Convert interested visitors and inquiries into customers through qualified communication.
Contact customers to collect product feedback and request reviews.
Maintain proper records of customer conversations, complaints, and resolutions.
Follow up on pending customer issues until they are fully resolved.

Qualifications and Skills
Any graduate may apply.




Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
Professional, patient, and solution-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn current software.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Previous customer service, sales, or call-handling experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
