Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients seeking gold loan products
Assess client's financial needs and recommend appropriate gold loan solutions
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to other banking products and services
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets

Requirements:




Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably in a customer-facing role
Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach
Demonstrated understanding of gold loan products, policies, and regulations
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
