Hot & Red Café & Restaurant is one of Patna's fastest-growing cafés, offering great food, coffee, mocktails, and a premium hangout experience. We are looking for energetic, well-groomed, and customer-friendly Waiters/Stewards to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests with a friendly attitude.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
Explain menu items and recommend specials to guests.
Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service.
Handle guest requests and resolve basic concerns politely.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per restaurant standards.
Help create an excellent dining experience for every customer.
Requirements:
10th/12th Pass or above.
Freshers are welcome. Experience in a café, restaurant, or hotel is an added advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Well-groomed appearance with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Team player with a willingness to learn.
Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
