Key Responsibilities
Evaluate applicants based on academic records, personal statements, extracurricular activities, and recommendation letters.
Advise on financial aid, essay writing, transfer credits, and selecting suitable colleges or universities.
Interact with students, families, and guardians to create a supportive setting, addressing concerns and building trust.
Promote diversity through targeted outreach and partnerships.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred by some institutions.
Solid communication skills for engaging students, families, and stakeholders.
Adaptability and resourcefulness for diverse applicant backgrounds and challenges.
Interpersonal skills to foster welcoming interactions and problem-solve effectively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
