Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Management
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
Manage multiple client accounts across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and Google Business Profile.
Create and maintain monthly content calendars for clients and internal marketing.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social media platforms.

Content Planning & Coordination
Plan engaging content including posts, reels, stories,



carousels, videos, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, content writers, and marketing teams to create high-quality content.
Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and conversions.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and viral content formats.

Community Management
Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and mentions across all platforms.
Respond promptly to customer queries and engage with followers to build robust online communities.
Manage online reputation and escalate customer concerns when required.

Campaign Management
Plan and execute organic social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
Coordinate with the paid marketing team for integrated campaign execution.
