Key Responsibilities
Prepare structural designs and calculations for solar module mounting structures, equipment foundations, and related infrastructure.
Perform structural analysis using relevant software and design tools.
Review geotechnical reports and incorporate soil parameters into foundation design.
Develop and review structural drawings, design reports, and technical documentation.
Ensure designs comply with applicable IS, IEC, ASTM, and other relevant standards.
Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Procurement, and Project Execution teams for design optimization and project delivery.
Review vendor drawings and technical submittals.
Support site teams by resolving structural design queries and providing technical clarifications.
Conduct structural stability checks for wind, seismic, and other loading conditions.
Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure timely completion of design deliverables as per project schedules.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred).
Solid knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.
Experience in solar power projects, industrial structures, or steel structure design.
Familiarity with Indian Standards (IS Codes) and relevant international standards.

Preferred Experience
Utility-scale solar PV projects.
Ground-mounted and rooftop solar systems.
Design of steel structures, RCC foundations, and equipment support structures.
