Position: SAP Senior Consultant - Sales & Customer Service (SD/CS)

Modules: SAP SD CS

Location: Delhi, India
Requirements:
Take responsibility for business process design, functional specifications, and implementation activities within SAP SD/CS.
Conduct workshops and advise customers on SAP S/4HANA best practices.




Support end-to-end SAP implementation and rollout projects across the Asia-Pacific region.
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Support pre-sales activities, including customer presentations and solution discussions.
Ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP SD and/or SAP CS with strong integration knowledge across SAP modules.
Robust understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Customer Service, and related business processes.
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts.
Experience supporting SAP projects within global environments.
Solid knowledge of Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, Returns, Customer Master Data, and Service Management.
